1Whisk together soy sauce , gochujang sauce , tomato paste , peanut butter , water , brown sugar , sesame oil , and garlic in a small bowl or shake together in a jar. It should form a thick sauce.soy sauce: 3 tbsp, gochujang sauce: 2-3 tbsp, tomato paste: 2 tbsp, peanut butter: 2 tbsp, water: 2 tbsp, brown sugar: 1-2 tbsp, sesame oil: 1 tbsp, garlic: 1 (minced)

2Cook ground chicken in a large skillet over medium high heat. Season generously with salt and ground black pepper .ground chicken: 1 lb, salt, ground black pepper

3Boil ramen or stir fry noodles for just a few minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.ramen or stir fry noodles: 2 packets

4When the chicken is done, add fresh spinach , the cooked noodles, and the prepared sauce to the pan, keeping it over medium high heat. Toss to combine; heat until the spinach is wilted.
